Eight private acres of manicured gardens, sculpture park, rolling lawns, wild fields, forests, and a Zen-inspired pond (with an outstanding sculpture by one of the owners) — all lead the poetic wanderer to the artist-designed gazebo on the shore of the peaceful Esopus where swans and blue herons and the bald eagle glide by.
Woods and water are all to be seen for miles, because this stunning property is bordered by Saugerties’ nature conservancy, The Esopus Bend Nature Preserve… A watchful eye will be rewarded with sightings of beavers, minks, the fox, coyote, white-tailed deer, wild turkeys, rabbits, and many, many more of nature’s delights.
