This restored Circa 1896 Georgian mansion in Rochester, NY is perfectly situated within the heart of the Historic East & Park Avenue area in the Arts & Cultural section of Rochester. The inn is located just a 10 minute drive from the Rochester International Airport, and just minutes to area businesses such as Kodak, Bausch and Lomb, Xerox, and The Harris Corporation. Seven days in advance for full refund (14 days for holidays and special event weekends/dates. 48 hours for a partial refund. If rooms are not claimed by 7 pm on the day of scheduled arrival, guest will be responsible for any unused rooms/days. We understand that unforeseen situations happen, and will do our best to re-let your room for you, refunding the full amount (less the $25 service fee).
