Seven days in advance for full refund (14 days for holidays and special event weekends/dates. 48 hours for a partial refund. If rooms are not claimed by 7 pm on the day of scheduled arrival, guest will be responsible for any unused rooms/days. We understand that unforeseen situations happen, and will do our best to re-let your room for you, refunding the full amount (less the $25 service fee).
