The Copper Penny Inn is an 1860's farmhouse converted into a B&B with the guest in mind. The Inn offers elegant accommodations in a comfortable, relaxed environment. Located in the heart of the Hudson Valley near Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, the Inn is convenient to destinations throughout the Hudson Valley. The Copper Penny is within walking distance of Vassar College and is also convenient to IBM, Dia Beacon, Marist College, Bard College, The Culinary Institute of America, Estates of the Hudson, Historic Hyde Park, Wineries, Dutchess County, Hunt Country, Antiques and Auctions and the scenic Shawangunk Mountains.

We are in the town of Poughkeepsie on New Hackensack Road, not Wappinger Falls. New Hackensack Rd. is also known as Rte. 376 and becomes Hooker Ave. in the city of Poughkeepsie. We are around the corner from Vassar. |
