Check-in preferably between 2 and 4 pm. However, we accommodate other check in times as long as we have prior notice. For late or early check-in please call to notify us. Without reasonable notice, arrivals 3 hours later than scheduled are subject to release of the room and/or liability for the full cost of the reservation.

Check out is preferably by 11am. However, you may stay on premises or leave your belonging at the B&B later than 11am if needed. We are happy to accommodate whenever possible.

There is a non-refundable 25% service charge for all cancellations. Notice of less than 7 days for one night reservations will forfeit the full cost for the stay. Notice of less than 7 days for 2 or more night reservation will forfeit deposit (50%). Cancellation cost (less the non-refundable 25% service charge) will be waived if another party fills the reservation which we try with good effort. All cancellation notices must be confirmed by an innkeeper, Tom or Jennifer. Email cancellations without confirmation from innkeeper are considered last minute cancellations.
