Great Camp 310 in Plattsburg, New York consists of two rustic one bedroom cabins that are open year round. These quaint Rustic Style Cabins are located on Point AuRoche in one of the few places on Lake Champlain, in New York where you can see the sunset over Lake Champlain from the beach. Conveniently located the cabins provide easy access to Plattsburgh International Airport, and other interesting locations like Point Au Roche State Park, Point Au Roche State Boat Launch, Whiteface Mountain and the Saranac Lake - Lake Placid Region, and Montreal all is a mere 49 miles away.
The Cabin is a one bedroom, one bath,” Rustic" cabin, just remodeled with new queen mattress, new innerspring hide-a-bed, capacity is 4, all new appliances, 2 flat screen LCD TV sets each with DVD player, 2 ceiling fans, heat and air conditioning and a private patio. The other cottage is our fully remodeled Boathouse(this was a real Boathouse), it is a rustic cathedral ceilinged one bedroom cabin with queen size bed, 1 full hide-a-bed, capacity is 4, 2 ceiling fans, 2 LCD TV and DVD, heat and air conditioning, full completely equipped kitchen, full bath with shower, washer-dryer, covered deck on a courtyard garden shared with the main camp. The boathouse has a great lake view with use of the beach, fire pit and dock for those who want to bring their own boat. There is a 16' Starcraft rowboat for both the cabin and the boathouse to share each has a gas grill, along with plug-ins for 2 bass boats that we provide. |
