Perfectly situate along the Hudson River, offering a bit of country living, but only half an hour from Manhattan, the Riverview Bed & Breakfast offers welcoming accommodations to romantic couples, girlfriend’s getaways, and families on two secluded acres overlooking the Hudson River. A large peaceful organic garden is host to an assortment of birds and wildlife. A ten-foot deep, in ground pool and pool house are sheltered by an overhanging cliff that overlooks the widest point on the Hudson River. Enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast while listening to the calming waters of the Hudson River.

A bicycle and running path (formerly the train track) join Piermont and Nyack (both interesting little towns with a wonderful array of restaurants and antiques shops). Running behind the property it can be accessed from either village which is only a short one or two miles away respectively. Two beautiful rescue CATS and two small rescue DOGS share the home with the B’nb hostess, who holds a real estate license and owns a web-based business software company targeting women owned businesses. Other interests include computers, business consulting, organizing, the performing arts, interior design, scuba diving and organic gardening.

Breakfast on the Hudson
A full breakfast is served in the greenhouse or the porch (weather permitting) between the hours of 8:00 and 10:00 am.

Policies
Cancellation Policy:
* A $50 fee per individually booked room (not part of a group) will be charged for a cancellation if reservation is cancelled more than 21 days from scheduled arrival date. * If canceled between 10 and 21 days, there will be a minimum one night or 25% charge of the total bill per room, whichever is greater.
Children: Children Welcome
Deposit Policy:
All reservations made less than 21 days in advance will be charged to your credit card. Exception is Guests who take multiple rooms. (Please see cancellation policy).
Pets Welcome
Although we do allow pet owners to bring their pets, it always has to be with our permission. Whenever owners are out for any period of time for dinner, etc and pets need to be left alone, they need to be crated or have a pet sitter watching them.
Smoking: Outside
Smoking outdoors only. If management determines smoking has occurred indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged and guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund for shortened stay. Ashtrays are provided on porches and other designated smoking areas.
