The Blue Room
A custom King size velvet bed is centered in three bay windows. Different tones of blue bring a sophisticated and contemporary feel to this space. From the windows are views of the barn and back grounds. Sit back and relax in the velvet reading chair or take care of business as each room includes a wireless internet connection. A custom white tile bathroom with large shower is private to this room. A 24 hour beverage and snack bar is located in the dining room and available to all guests. Breakfast is served between 8:00 & 9:30 each morning.

The Far East Room
Enjoy this modern vision of a unique Far East boutique hotel. Dark rich tones accented with gold bring a strong contrast to this exquisite room. A Ralph Lauren inspired queen size post bed anchors objects from India, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. Read in bed, or watch television on a 27" wall mounted LCD television with DVD player. An exotic black tile bathroom with walk in shower is private to this room. A 24 hour beverage and snack bar is located in the dining room and available to all guests. Breakfast is served between 8:00 & 9:30 each morning.

The Manor Room
Originally the first floor parlor, this gracious and stately room has three bay windows, gas fireplace with a custom Victorian mantle, and a 10 foot ceiling with chandelier. The private bath includes a Jacuzzi tub with shower and custom french vanity/sink. An oversized king Irish Manor bed anchors the room. The only guest room on the first floor, the Manor Room is one of our largest with easy access to the front door and porch. Enjoy the beautiful morning sunlight as it filters in to this South East facing room. A 24 hour beverage and snack bar is located in the dining room and available to all guests. Breakfast is served between 8:00 & 9:30 each morning.

The Map Room
A King size panel post bed graces this spacious suite. With a seperate sitting area and private bathroom, the Map Room is the largest guest room. Globes, maps, and an oversized Spanish dressing mirror bring a sense of old world history to this second floor suite. Enjoy the local paper or New York Times with coffee in bed as this South East facing room is flooded with morning light. A private elevator accesses the room and special arrangements can be made for its use. A 24 hour beverage and snack bar is located in the dining room and available to all guests. Breakfast is served between 8:00 & 9:30 each morning.

The La Mer Room
Inspired by boutique hotels, this romantic room is reminiscent of a glamorous era. A queen size chocolate velvet sleigh bed anchors this room, as antique mirrored furniture reflect a tasteful theme of the sea. With the largest bathroom and dressing area, La Mer will pamper and calm. The oversized tub is an ideal way to unwind and large enough for two. Enjoy tea in bed, or surf the web as each room includes wireless internet access. A 24 hour beverage and snack bar is located in the dining room and available to all guests. Breakfast is served between 8:00 & 9:30 each morning.

A Small Outside Sitting Area
This sitting area is surrounded by rare and unusual specimen trees - some of which are the largest of their kind in the region or one example of only two in the entire region!

Historic Barn
Built in 1909, the 3 story barn is on the National Historic Registry and said to be the best post beam construction in 4 counties.

The Cayuga Inlet
The Cayuga Inlet River splits our property. Eighteen acreas of lawn, garden and trails on the Inn side and forty acres of forest on the other!
