Welcome to Upper Yorkville Suites, conveniently located at 1876 3rd Avenue, between 103rd & 104th Street on 3rd Avenue on the east side of Manhattan. We strive to provide superior accommodations and comforts at an affordable price.

Our suites feature exposed brick wall, high ceilings, and ceiling fan. Each suite is fully equipped with its own private kitchen and private bathroom with tub and shower, air conditioning, flat panel TV w/cable, closet space and more... Most of our suites can comfortably accommodate a family as large as 5. Please call for details regarding larger parties.

Upper Yorkville Suites is only one block away from major public transportation (Bus and Train) or private car service. We are minutes from all points of interest in New York City such as Rockefeller center, Broadway, and the capital of the World Financial Center, Wall Street. Besides public transportation, it is an easy walk to Central Manhattan.

Check In Policy:
Arrival Time: Regular check-in time is Monday thru Saturday 3:00 PM to 7:00PM. If you are unable to arrive during this time, please select “Extended Check-in” option during your booking and we will have housekeeping on-site for your arrival. Extended Check-in is required for Holidays.
Check Out Policy:
Check out time is 10:00AM. A rate of $15 for every 15 minutes past 10:00 a.m. will automatically be charged to your card.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy: 30% deposit for suite(s) is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation prior to 10 days of your arrival date, your card will be credited the refundable portion of your balance less a $95.00 processing fee. Canceling your paid reservation within 10 days of your arrival date, you will be charged for the entire stay. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

Reservation Policy: At the time we process your reservation your credit card will be charged for a 30% non-refundable security deposit to secure the room(s) and dates you have requested. Your credit card will be charged the remaining balance 21 days prior to your arrival. You will receive a confirmation note showing your non-refundable security deposit and remaining balance towards your stay. If your reservation is made within 21 days of your arrival we will charge your credit card the full amount.
