Welcome to Upper Yorkville Suites, conveniently located at 1876 3rd Avenue, between 103rd & 104th Street on 3rd Avenue on the east side of Manhattan. We aim to provide stellar accommodations and amenities at an affordable price. Our suites exposed brick wall, high ceilings, and ceiling fan. Each suite comes with its own private kitchen and private bathroom with tub and shower, air conditioning, flat panel TV w/cable, closet space and more... Most of our suites can easily accommodate a family as large as 5. Please call for details regarding larger parties.

We are minutes from all areas of interest in New York City such as Rockefeller center, Broadway, and the capital of the World Financial Center, Wall Street. An interesting fact is that New York City has officially designated Fifth Avenue from 82nd to 105th streets as "Museum Mile" because of the vast richness and cultural diversity of the nine museums found there.

Check In Policy: |
Check-in Time: Our normal check-in time is Monday thru Saturday 4:00 PM to 7:00PM. Extended Check-in is available for an additional fee of $65 (fee is subject to change at any time) if you are arriving outside of our normal check-in hours. Extended check-in is required for Sunday and Holiday check-in. If you have not selected this feature and arrive past our normal check-in time we will automatically add this charge to your reservation. Guest arriving past 12:00AM will have to check in at 9:00AM on the next day. |

Check out time is 10:00AM. A rate of $15 for every 15 minutes past 10:00 a.m. will automatically be charged to your card.

Cancellation Policy: |
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing. Guests canceling their reservation 30 days prior to check in will be refunded their security deposit less a $95.00 processing fee. Guests canceling their reservation 7 days or more, but less than 30 days, prior to check-in will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of their security deposit. Guests canceling their reservations within 7 days of their check-in date will be charged the full amount of their reservation.

Reservation Policy: At the time we process your reservation your credit card will be charged a 30% security deposit to secure the room(s) and dates you have requested. Your credit card will be charged the remaining balance within 21 days of your arrival. You will receive a confirmation note showing your security deposit and remaining balance towards your stay. If your reservation is made within 21 days of your arrival we will charge your credit card the full amount. Reservation totaling less than $700.00 will be charged the full amount of the reservation(Security Deposit and Balance). |

Last week, my wife and I stayed at the Upper Yorkville Suites in the Lexington Suite for 3 nights. We really enjoyed our stay and we are already planning our next visit.
Having visited NYC in the past and booked hotel rooms through travel sites, we never thought that we would find one place in Manhattan that could be described in all of these ways: affordable, spacious, convenient, and "feels like home". But that is just the kind of place that David, Bob, and Jose have created at the Upper Yorkville Suites.
For half the price of tiny hotel rooms that the travel sites were offering, we had a separate bedroom and living area as well as a full kitchen and bath. Each room was newly furnished, decorated, and included conveniences such as a ceiling fan in the bedroom, an iron and ironing board and a blow dryer in the bathroom. With a microwave and conventional oven, refrigerator and coffee pot, we felt right at home in our suite and wished we had planned a longer stay.
The bus stops and the subway station that are within one block made getting to all parts of the city easy and quick. We flew in and out of JFK, we shopped at the South Street Seaport and Chinatown, we saw two shows on Broadway, and we ate out at the Upper East Side, Greenwich Village, and East Harlem (Patsy's Pizza - the absolute best) and we never took a cab. We walked to the conservatory gardens in Central Park and passed by many museums that we wished we had time to visit.
We enjoyed our trip, we enjoyed our suite and we enjoyed the hospitality. From emailing questions prior to our stay - to checking our bags in early - to requesting aluminum foil to reheat our leftovers - to checking out, David, Bob and Jose were all very helpful, accommodating, and attentive.
