Check In Policy:
Please inform us of your approximate arrival time when you finalize your travel arrangements so we can inform our porter Jose when to expect you. Check in time MUST be before 11pm at night, we apologize for any inconvenience.
Check Out Policy:
Express check out has never been easier. Simply leave the keys in your room. We can always hold luggage if you need a late check-out.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations more than 14 days prior to Check-in your deposit will be refunded in full less a $25 reservation cancellation penalty. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of check-in your $250 reservation deposit will be forfeited. If you make changes to your reservation within 14 days of check-in through check-out, you will remain responsible for any cancelled nights. If however we can re-book the room for that time period, we will arrange for a refund.
