Bubba and Bean (BB) Lodges is a New York City Type, Bed and Breakfast, Guesthouse. Rooms are spacious, clean and most of all HOMEY. Build in the 1800's this townhouse offers a modern style. Many units have private kitchens and all have private baths.

Our area's proximity to mid-town Manhattan makes it one of New York's most desirable residential neighborhoods. What sets the Upper East apart from all other areas is its' closeness to Madison Avenue. Madison Avenue is famously known as the world's premier shopping district for the finest food, opulent merchandise, luxury lodging and services available anywhere. Between 57th Street and 85th Street, Madison Avenue is identified as “the fashionable road”. In this area is where most of the very well known fashion designers and upper class hair salons are located. We are also 5 blocks from all the Museums.

Park Avenue - Rich residential; the beauty of this street in our area is building architecture and people. Central Park - 3 minutes walk. It is also called the Museum Mile as most Museums are located on this avenue and within walking distance from our home. Our townhouse is located In Manhattan. We are an 8 - 10 minute subway ride from Midtown Manhattan or a 20-25 minute walk. If you choose to walk there is great shopping along the way, great sightseeing and places to eat. The subway is also one block from our building.

Check In Policy:
Check in time is at 4pm. We can facilitate an earlier check in by luggage storage until room is ready (FREE). Luggage will be placed in your room by Jonathan or Clement.
Check Out Policy:
Check out is at 11am. Early and later check outs are possible by either luggage storage or a late check out from room. We also schedule cab services when departing.

Deposit Policy:
We ask that all guests ensure that they are absolute about making a reservation. We require deposit (deposit dependent on rate amount) for all reservations. Due to the high demand or our rooms and Suites this amount is non refundable. All deposits are given a future deadline. If you miss that deadline your reservation will be cancelled and reserved period given to someone on our waitlist.
