• Private: separate entry, kitchenette and bath.
• Centrally located, convenient to all New York City has to offer.
• Self catered. Kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and refrigerator with separate freezer.
• Can be configured with two twin, one Queen sized, three twin OR a queen and one twin beds. (Additional charge for the 3rd bed)
• Half a block from IRT (#1) and IND (C & E) subway lines.
• One and a half blocks to F & M subways and PATH trains.
• We live in the building and use this for our own guests, so it has all the amenities we could think to offer: lots of pillows, reading lights, wi-fi, umbrellas, hair dryer, high count sheets, big bath towels, sunflower shower head, laundry line, lots of hot water, many guide and other books.
• Plenty of glasses, dishes, silverware, and serving pieces.
• Sunny, safe, quiet, legal and clean. Overlooks peaceful garden.
• Up two flights of stairs. (3rd floor to Americans; 2nd floor to Europeans)
• Television has VCR player and some tapes; only receives local stations – no premium cable.
• Maximum of 3 guests / Minimum of five nights
• Weekly change of towels and sheets

Chelsea Morning is a self-catering, sunny and charming studio apartment - perfect for visiting New York City. The apartment is so centrally located there is no place in downtown or mid- Manhattan that you can’t get to either on foot or by subway in less than half an hour. Your guestroom can be configured with either two (or three) twin beds or one Queen sized bed. This is a third floor walk up unit within our town house. It has its own private hallway and entrance to the street. The kitchenette has siltstone counters, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric kettle and a full sized refrigerator. Weekly cleaning (not dishes) included.

22nd Street itself is pretty, tree-lined, quiet and very safe. Less than one block from our home there are two subway lines (1 & E / C) drug, grocery & Doctors offices store are open 24/7. One block further you can find three grocery stores, another subway (M & F+ Path trains), and Best Buy. We’re half a mile from the Village and half a mile from Macy’s! A great location for tourist looking to explore the city, business men/women needing a convenient location to do business, or just a quite getaway. Come explore all the city has to offer at Chelsea Morning Bed & Not-Breakfast!!!

My wife and I have stayed here twice. Once recently and once last year. This is a wonderful studio apartment, on a residential street, but with easy access to several subways. The kitchenette and several close grocery store options make simple meals in the room ideal. No need to get up and go out for Breakfast! For someone who wants to avoid the hotel scene, this is perfect. We will be back.

Chelsea morning is an awesome little apartment on 22nd street in Chelsea. Melanie, the owner is very nice and accommodating. I have stayed in the apt about 3 or 4 times. It is very nicely furnished and very, very clean. It is on the 2nd floor of a walk up brownstone. The entrance and common areas are also very clean up to date. She has all kind of books , if you need something to read. Many of them are on NYC, so this can be a big help. It has one queen bed or two twin beds, so the space is limited. I think she will allow 3 people to stay.The apt has a little kitchen with a stove and fridge. It is very convenient to the 23rd street subway stations on 7th and 8th. Also within walking distance to the Meet Packing district and also down into the village. This is my favorite no hassle place to stay in NYC.

The location was perfect for a stay in New York City. The inn keeper was hospitable and accommodating and allowed us to extend out stay by two additional days. We will definitely recommend ChelseaMorning B&B to all our friends and will definitely stay there when we again visit New York City.
