There is the Spaciousness and Granduer (900 Sqft) for all your dining and entertaining needs - seating up to 65 people (with tables and chairs), for weddings, rehearsal dinners, luncheons, breakfast, brunches, and more. There is the Victorian Elegance with 3 lclaw foot tables for your dining and entertaining pleasure -fireplace, soft white shears gracing every picture window and the red persian rugs. There is the Comfort of three large couches (and satee) where most guest sit and enjoy an evening fire side chat, sipping their favorite wine, watching a movie on our Big Screen TV, with over 100 DVD movies, including Direct TV and NFL Sunday Ticket.

Balcony Suite
Soothing soft October Mist tones and classical Victorian elagance of your bigger than life tiger oak Queen size sledge bed conforted by plush white linens, and refined sitting areas inside, matched by your inviting balcony to watch a midnight sky, piercing views of the lake, and listen to the gentle enchoing sounds of the peepers and bull frogs of your Koi pond.

East Lake Suite
You will feel so much warmth and spacious quentness in this glowing Ponder room tones, plush white linens, charm of the exposed brick chimney, statuesque East Lake style Queen size bed and huge armour, matched by the comfort of having the largest bathrooom with Soft Fern colors and natural east sun light, and don't forget about your own satee couch for romantic evenings with special someone.

Stella Suite
This Suite was very fittingly named after our late great bigger than life joy of a dog named Stella Isabella, who like most men like more space than most to stretch out after a long day and had the presence and gentleness of a lady. The Stella Suite has that and more...With gold regal bedding, quent charm of exposed brick, three bay windows style gives you the soft morning sun from the east, gentle breezes and soft sun from the south, and ease of sunset views of Seneca Lake from the west.

Thaddeus Suite
Warmth, romance, and charm abound with the Victorianna and Hepplewhite coloring in this quent room named after our late adoring big black cat, Thaddeus. With all the plush linens that grace your King size bed, little full length couch, and petite elegance of vanity and night stand, toped of with views of Seneca lake and our Perrenial Gardens.

Watson Suite
For those of you have not met Mr Watson Francis, our gentle, handsome, and loving border collie/lab mix, this room is named after his this living legend. Most men like this room, for the Casual blue tones and rugged East Lake/Victorian Queen size bed, and the woman enjoy the regal blue and plush ebony bedding. Both equally enjoy the Montgomery white shades of soft tomes in their brick ladden wall bathroom, and magnificent sunset views of Seneca Lake.

Ophelia Suite
The gentle and warm embrace of coral cliche tones, yet manly size tiger oak furniture, that comes together with the king size Charleston brass sleigh bed, all opens up to our largest suite, with red velvet couch, fitting for the bigger than life name after our late princess cat, Ophelia. More, more, and more...ten foot ceilings, your own private bath, walk in and through closet into another sitting area, your own Sunroom - leaded glass windows - prisms with no end, views of the pond, and relax on another red velvet couch, sitting by an ornamental fireplace and mantel, and make your way to start your day or dine out by your own private entrance/exit to your wine country...
