The Fox & the Grapes Bed and Breakfast is more than a simple B&B. This 1885 Victorian Inn overlooking Seneca Lake is an ideal setting for a romantic wedding, memorable family reunion, corporate getaway, and many other types of friendly get-togethers. Inside, we take you back in time with many period antiques. We want you to come and relax in our traditional Victorian bedrooms-take you back in time-to a place where you are king or queen.
Come and relax in our Sun Room, Music Room, Library, or your choice of an elegant Victorian style bedroom (Queen and King Size beds) - each with your own private bath and sitting area. We even have a large Great Room (Banquet Room) with fireplace and Big Screen TV/DVD/Satellite for special occasions or a relaxing night.
All rooms are romantically themed in elaborate decor, gorgeous window dressings, sitting areas, one with a Balcony, and beautiful hardwood floors and Persian area rugs. All are provided with plush bed coverings and linens, private baths and alarm-clock radios. We also offer free local telephone calls and wireless high-speed Internet access in our common areas. A complimentary DVD library is available 24 hours.
We have offered a wide range of services and accommodations for any special occasion you have in mind. With over 20 years of planning and orchestrating special events & working in the hospitality industry, we can put together almost any special occasion, additionally, we have a practicing ordained minister onsite. |

Breakfast has alwayes been a favorite of the Pellegrini family. Sitting around a large table and sharing conversations with a variety of family, friends, and visitors from all over the world. So, when you wake up in the morning, you will be taken in by the incredible smells of down home country cooking - freshly baked breads, refreshing fruit salads, and unique and mouth watering entrees - that will keep you wondering and looking forward to the next mornings or visit. And, as usual, it will an honor to share this great food and company with you and tell you more about this area and how we may service you.

Check out time is 11am. Unless previously arranged extra fees will apply for late check-out.

B&B Stay (i.e.: Accommodations/Overnight Stay only)
When notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date, we are happy to refund your deposit(s) less $25.00.
Special Events, Package, Holidays (i.e. Entire House Rented, Wedding Receptions, etc.)
Cancellations must be made 6 months prior to arrival date, and deposits are non-refundable.
No shows or less than the above notices will result in a full charge - where deposits are not refunded, and the balances will be charged to your credit card.
Even if deposits are not received or withdrawn from credit cards, there will be a full charge to your credit card.

Because this is a Romantic Destination, we do not accommodate children (unless by arrangement - i.e.: Family rents the entire house and provides 100% supervision).

At the time of booking, we require a credit number to secure your reservation, followed by a 25% deposit in the form of a check or money order written out to James G. Pellegrini, that must be received within 30 days.
Special Events, Package, Holidays (i.e. Entire House Rented, Wedding Receptions, etc.)
At the time of booking, we require a credit number to secure your reservation, followed by a 25% deposit in the form of a check or money order written out to James G. Pellegrini, that must be received within 30 days. Space Rental (i.e.: Weddings, Bridal showers, etc.) bookings will need to send an additional 25% deposit 6 months prior to arrival date.
