For cancellations or date changes within 14 days of arrival you will be responsible for all room charges unless we are able to re-book the room. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellations within 14 days of arrival. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for groups occupying three or more rooms. Deposit and cancellation policies apply to all gift certificate reservations.
We are a No-Smoking facility with limited outdoor areas designated for smoking. We recommend heavy smokers seek alternate accommodations.
