Welcome to the Portobello Inn Bed & Breakfast in Herkimer, New York. Overlooking the beautiful Mohawk River Valley, this Bed and Breakfast offers convenience and comfort. We are located between Albany and Syracuse and a convenient stop for a visit to Cooperstown. Also, the beautiful Adirondack Mountains are easily accessible as well as other attractions in Central New York State.

Portobello Inn Bed & Breakfast welcomes you to an atmosphere of gracious elegance with a casual flair. During the summer months in conjunction with the Mohawk Valley Country Club (only 500 yards from the Inn), we are offering the use of their facilities to guests of Portobello Inn; a round of Golf, use of the Tennis courts & Club pool. Cancellation Policy:
Last minute cancellations allow little chance of rebooking a room & can affect a small Bed & Breakfast Inn significantly. For this reason, a 14 day notice of cancellation is required and we will be happy to issue a refund, minus a $25 Service Charge. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date, will be issued a "Credit Certificate," with the exception of Holidays & Special Event weekends. "No calls/no shows" will be billed for the full stay
