Welcome to Saratoga Rose Inn and Restaurant in Hadley, New York. At the inn you'll find beautiful settings, deluxe accommodations and the area's finest cuisine make the perfect getaway. This Saratoga Bed and Breakfast with its unique location between Lake George and Saratoga Springs at the southern end of the Adirondack Park is easily accessible from the New York and Boston metropolitan areas in about 3.5 hours, from Rochester in about 4 hours, and from Montréal in 2.5.

Nestled in the foothills of the Adirondacks, this magnificent, romantic, 1885 Queen Anne Victorian is set on a rural hilltop, at the convergence of the mighty Hudson River and the white waters of the Sacandaga River, a short 18 mile drive to nearby Saratoga Springs and 10 miles to Lake George. This historic home is complete with a sweeping veranda, spiraling tower, its original stained glass windows throughout, and formal gardens with a gazebo and koi ponds. Owners Claude Bélanger of Québec City, and Chef and artist Richard Ferrugio of NYC has brought their passion and skills together to create a very special place for your romantic getaways and fine food weekends.

Policies
Check In Policy:
Check-in is after 3:00PM. We will be pleased to receive luggage early in the day by pre-arrangement. Late Check-in after 11:00PM by pre-arrangement only. A charge of $25 per half hour, or part half hour, will be made for late check-in.
Check Out Policy:
Check-Out / Late Check-Out: Check-out is 11:00AM. A charge of $25 per half hour, or part half hour, will be made for late check-out.
Cancellation Policy:
Notify us with more than 2 weeks notice (3 weeks during Saratoga Racing Season and Holidays Periods), and we will refund your deposit minus a $25 processing fee. If notice is less than the required 2 or 3 weeks, your deposit will be refunded (minus the processing fee), only if we are able to rebook the room. Guests who “Do Not Show” or cancel less then 24 hours of arrival will incur the full cost of the reservation.
Children: Children ages 13+
The Inn is designed for adults. Well-behaved children over 12 years of age are welcome.
Childcare: No
We are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets.
Deposit Policy:
A deposit of one night's lodging is required for one or two-night stays. A deposit of 50% is required for stays of three nights or longer. You may pay for your deposit by Credit Card, Check, or Cash. Reservations are not confirmed until Deposit Payment is received. Please check your confirmation carefully. You will be responsible for the dates you choose.
Smoking: Outside
Smoking is not permitted inside the Mansion or Carriage House of Saratoga Rose Inn & Restaurant. Non-compliance will result in a minimum $100 cleaning charge.
