Burn Brae Mansion is a century-old Victorian estate rich in history and paranormal activity. A themed B&B well situated in the Catskill Mountains along the Upper Delaware River, Burn Brae is a unique destination for adventurers of all ages.
Burn Brae Mansion sits on over 20 wooded acres at the foot of the Catskill Mountains and is on the Historic Registry. Built in 1904 by the George Ross Mackenzie family as a wedding present to his youngest daughter, Margaret Elkin, the house boasts 27 restored rooms. The grounds are lush with streams, open fields and walking trails, one of which leads to the historic Glen Spey Cemetery, final resting place of the original owners. The house has documented paranormal activity, attracting ghost hunters and enthusiasts alike who come to enjoy the added charm and intrigue. A wonderful destination for couples, families and groups. Burn Brae Mansion has been featured in many newspapers, books and television shows, including A&E's Psychic Kids.
