Cancellation is required no less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Refunds will be issued if cancellation is received 14 or more days in advance (less a $25.00 administration fee). Refunds will not be issued for any reason if cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival. Please note: The Blue Heron Inn is not responsible for unused rooms due to late or cancelled airline flights, family emergencies, threat of bad weather and other travel-related mishaps beyond our control.

We will no longer accept credit cards to confirm reservations. Full payment by check within 7 working days will be required to confirm all reservations. A credit card number will be required to hold the reservation until payment is received. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 NSF fee.
