Nice place but beware of their business practices. We were refered to Seatuck by another local B&B. The B&B Manager offered their best room (the Dune Suite) and described it as the "best room in the world" with views of the bay, fireplace, private bath, etc. It looked beautiful on the internet. The rate was quoted at $275 but she quickly offered it at $200 if i would pay cash. I accepted. Upon arrival, there was no one there but a phone number taped to the door. I called and was instructed to go to the Duck farm suite (without private bath, no fireplace and a view of the driveway). I objected and the manager informed me that she got a better deal on the Dune Suite and we would have to either stay in the Duck room or leave. It was 4:30pm and we were 1200 miles from home. I couldn't be more disappointed. It is a classic bait and switch. BEWARE, the management has no integrity.

This client was every innkeepers nightmare. He received the utmost attention, his accomodations were suberb and every single suite in this house has their own bathroom!! The suite he stayed also has a lovely waterview of the cove and you can go online to see this beautiful suite called the "Duck Farm Suite". It's funny his wife seemed to embarassed by his behavior! She pulled me to the side and couldn't say enough about how wonderful everything was. I was nice enough to waive the two night minimum and also gave him $75.00 off. He came to our B & B which was recommended by the car dealership who just sold him his new $150,000.00 Mercedes, which also happened to be the car dealership who was just seized by the FBI this past week. I guess he was mad on what he spent on his new Mercedes so he had to take it out on the little guy.
