If you need to cancel for any reason 21days outside of making your reservation we will happily return your payment minus a $50 cancellation fee per room. For weddings and other groups of 3 rooms or more, cancellations prior to 30 days will receive a full refund of deposit, minus a $50 cancellation fee per room. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling your room. For this reason, we uphold a strict cancellation policy.

A deposit of 50% of stay is required to hold your room. For one night, full amount required. We process the deposit upon confirming your reservation. This deposit is refundable if you cancel 21 days prior to reservation, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Balance is due and payable 14 days to arrival. Deposits and/or payments by check must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
