Aunt Dot's Victorian B&B is situated on the beautiful North Fork of Long Island New York in East Marion, part of the township of Greenport. This idyllic setting is the perfect place to experience the many things that make the North Fork so great, including: beaches, wineries, great restaurants, shopping, and lovely markets with fresh baked goods and freshly grown produce. At the end of a fun day of sightseeing, relax and enjoy a cool breeze on one of the two covered front porches before going out for dinner.
All of our rooms have a private bath and air conditioning. Beach passes and beach towels are available upon request for our guests.
Whether you arrive by car, plane, train or ferry you will enjoy the beautiful North Fork of Long Island where you can play tennis, golf, rent a bike, or explore the many hiking trails. You can take a trip to Shelter Island, go shopping in the lovely downtown villages or visit the many antique shops or enjoy the wineries. Aunt Dot's Victorian B&B is open all year for your enjoyment. |

Cancellation Policy: |
In case of cancellation: If notification is received 14 days prior to reservation date a full refund of deposit will be made, less a $25 administrative fee. If less than 14 days notice given, and I am able to rebook the room than you will be charged the $25 administrative fee only. However, if I am unable to rebook the room and you have not given me 14 days notice, the full fee will be charged. There can be no refund for early departure. |
