Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the date of arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before the date of arrival will have the deposit refunded, less a $20.00 administrative fee. This fee will be applied to a future stay made within one (1) year.

Unfortunately, By The Bluff is not suitable for children at the inn.
Deposit Policy:
A deposit equivalent to the first night’s charges for each room booked is required to hold the reservation. The balance is due upon check-in.
