Our guests call Gary’s menu “The Breakfast” and there are 20 reasons why! Among them-green eggs & ham, house-cured salmon & goat cheese pizza, chorizos & eggs and chicken sausage & wild mushroom hash... And if you should get hungry again before dinner there are cookies-around-the clock and beverages available all day.

Check In Policy: |
Check-in: 3:00 p.m. on. If you arrive between 1 p.m. & 3 p.m. we cannot guarantee your room will be ready, but we will be happy to check you in and send you off to lunch or the beach... Please let us know if you will be checking in after 9:00 p.m. So we can make special arrangements for your arrival. |

Check-out: 11 a.m. Ask your innkeeper if late check-out is available. |
Cancellation Policy: |
On cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival date the deposit will be refunded less a service charge equal to 10% of the room charges. On cancellations within 60 days of the arrival date the deposit will be refunded less the service charge if we are able to re-rent the rooms*. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be responsible for the full reservation unless we are able to re-rent the rooms. No-shows, late check-ins & early check-outs are responsible for payment of the entire reservation. |

Children are welcome in appropriate rooms with advance notice for a charge of $75 per night. Children are never to be left in the inn unattended.
