The Dexter 1855 House is a Victorian Bed and Breakfast nestled in the scenic “Golden Crescent” area in Dexter, New York on Lake Ontario’s eastern shore. The Village of Dexter is along the Seaway Trail located on the banks of the Black River. We are minutes from historic Sackets Harbor, the Thousand Islands, Fort Drum, and Watertown New York. The Dexter House is close to the Watertown International Airport and 30 miles south from the Canadian border on I 81. One hour north of Syracuse New York.
The three executive suites and carriage house have been individually decorated and furnished. All rooms offer a private bath, cable TV, internet connection and air conditioning. The new carriage loft house is a large studio with an open loft. The house includes a spiral staircase, kitchenette with electric stove, refrigerator, sink, washer/dryer in the bathroom. Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and air conditioning are available for your enjoyment. The carriage can sleep from 2 to 4 on a queen or full bed. A futon opens to a queen size bed that sleeps two. This is perfect for families! |
