Alexander Hamilton House is a romantic Victorian Inn with river views in Croton-on-Hudson, New York, the gateway to the Hudson River Valley. It is close to Tarrytown, White Plains, Kykuit, Sunnyside, Lyndhurst, Boscobel, IBM and West Point -- and only one hour from New York City.

Our 35 foot in-ground swimming pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The Hudson Valley has landmarks, historic locations,lots of hiking, sailing & boating, mountain biking, golf, apple picking, local wineries and shopping. We are conveniently located only 2 blocks from the village center. Relax in our bed and breakfast's beautiful rooms, some with fireplace and whirlpool tubs.Partake in our sumptuous breakfast and sample local cuisine from an array of wonderful restaurants.

Policies
Check In Policy:
Check-in is available between noon and 8 PM, M-F, noon and 5 pm Sat & Sun. We ask for a two hour window in whcih to expect your arrival as we plan our day around guest's expected arrival.
Check Out Policy:
Check our is ecpected to take place by 11AM. Late check-out can be arranged at extra charge if we are not expecting another guest to check in early.
Cancellation Policy:
Most normal reservations are subject to a credit card guaranetee with 7 day notice for cancellation. If the resevation is cancelled less than 7 full days ahead, a one night lodging cost is applied for each room cancelled. If a stay is cut short, the guest is charged for one more night that he/she stays.
Children: Children Welcome
We accept all well behaived children and can supply a port-a-crib, futon bed, or cot when needed. Children under 15 are $13.03 including tax, grauity and breakfast. Over 15 they are priced as extra adults $30.13.
Childcare: Yes
We can sometimes arrange a baby sitter for you with enough lead time. You would pay the sitter directly.
Deposit Policy:
If you book three or more rooms or reserve 3 or more months in advance, a non-refundable deposit of 1/3 your stay or 1 night's lodging (whichever is greater) is taken. With West Point graduation, a second non-refundable deposit the Jan.1 before graduation.
