Welcome to the Artful Lodger Bed & Breakfast Inn located in Clinton, New York. The inn is conveniently located in New York's Mohawk Valley, with easy access to Hmilton College, Colgate University, Utica College and more. Every three months, the Artful Lodger Bed and Breakfast is transformed by a new display, showcasing one of our region's many talented artists. The "Gift Corner" features traditional pottery by Hamilton's Susanne Farrington, B&B cookbooks and guide books, and delicious New York State maple syrup.
Just step outside the Artful Lodger to enjoy the specialty shops, restaurants and cafés that line the lovely Village Green; enjoy homemade cider and donuts at the Clinton Cider Mill; take home some of Hemstrought's famous half-moon cookies or schedule a relaxing massage at Lava Spa. Plan your day over a leisurely breakfast – start with an eye-opening cup of hot coffee made from freshly ground locally roasted gourmet beans or choose from our selection of black, green, herbal or decaf teas.
Select a king, queen, or twin room overlooking the Village Green or the tree-lined grounds. Every room is smoke-free and features private a bath attached with alarm clock/radio, and hairdryer. Relax in the evening with a cup of tea and your favorite selection from our "book exchange.” Feel free to take a book home with you, or deposit a book for the enjoyment of a fellow traveler.

In case of a cancelled room-night less than 1 week prior to the scheduled stay, the credit card will be charged for the value of that night's stay (Extended notice may be required for special events and multiple room-nights). There is no cancellation fee when the required notice is given. |

Reservations guaranteed by credit card. For extended stays and multiple rooms, we may require a 50% deposit, which is refundable when required notice is given, minus a $5 per room-night processing fee.
