The inn offers the serenity and ever-changing landscape of the country with many fabulous restaurants and a variety of attractions nearby. Thoroughly renovated and beautifully appointed with fine furnishings and antiques, the Inn offers the simple elegance of the past seamlessly integrated with modern comfort and luxury.
Five well-appointed, soundproofed guest rooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable seating areas. Queen and King size beds, some with canopy, are adorned with sumptuous linens including down comforters and soft quilts to ensure a restful night’s sleep. All rooms include TV/DVD/CD, fireplaces, air conditioning. Large, modern, private baths, one with a whirlpool tub, include many amenities, including bath products, supple linens, robes and hair dryers.

We have stayed in many, many B & Bs in the Finger Lakes and this one is the absolute best. The bed rooms come complete with a huge amenity basket, flat screen TV, DVD player, AC, bath robes and wonderful bedding. The owner is always improving the property, both inside and out. Flowers are bountiful, the property beautiful. I heartily recommend this property. We will be going back next year for sure.

This is one of the most beautiful inns we have ever stayed in! It is romantic, charming, comfortable and historic all at the same time. The gardens are to die for, we loved spending time in all of them as each garden had its own flavor. Sheryl, the inn-keeper was a delight! We really got to know her which is unusual for us as it isn't our typical thing. However, she was really special. She had lots of great ideas of fun things to do in the area as well as a great knowledge of all the best restaurants and wineries. We look forward to our return; it is a place that we would go back to in a heartbeat!

The inn was beautiful and cozy,located centrally to quite a few lakes, state parks and restaurants. Sheryl was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We can't wait to go back for another relaxing visit.
