Check-in: 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. We discourage early check ins, as this is the time we have to clean rooms and run errands before check in time. Special arrangements can be made for later check-in, when necessary.

Rates are per night and based on double occupancy. Multi night and corporate discounts are available but exclude stays during peak season (May 15 to October 31). A two night minimum is required for weekends. Inquire with innkeeper, as other arrangements may be permissible. | Cancellation Policy A $25 cancellation fee per room is charged for all cancellations. We have a 2 week cancellation policy. If you need to cancel within 2 weeks of your stay, and we are unable to re-book your room, you will be charged the full amount. Should you reschedule your stay, the $25 cancellation charge may be applied towards a future stay within one year from canceling. We welcome you as our guests and hope you understand the reason for these policies, as we frequently may have to turn interested guests away when rooms are reserved.

Credit Card is required to hold reservation or payment in advance if no credit card is available.
