Rates are per night and based on double occupancy. Weekend Rates: applicable for Friday and Saturday nights. Mid-week rates include Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Holiday Rates: Holidays and holiday weekends are calculated at the weekend rate Multi night and corporate discounts are available but exclude stays during peak season (May 15 to November 30). A two night minimum is required for weekends. Inquire with innkeeper, as other arrangements may be permissible. | Cancellation Policy We have a 2 week cancellation policy. If you need to cancel within 2 weeks of your stay, and we are unable to re-book your room, you will be charged the full amount. A $25 cancellation fee is charged for all cancellations. Should you reschedule your stay, the cancellation charge is waived. We welcome you as our guests and hope you understand the reason for these policies, as we frequently may have to turn interested guests away when rooms are reserved.

Credit Card is required to hold reservation or payment in advance if no credit card is available.
