The Chosen Spot Bed & Breakfast is 1850’s farmhouse located on two acres of rolling lawn with large shade trees. Our rooms are enchanting and relaxing while offering and insight into early Canandaigua with its collection of historical items. Each room is tastefully decorated for the enjoyment of our guest.

There will be no charge if reservations are cancelled at least 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival. A $50 fee will be charged for each room and night cancelled within the 10 day period if we are not able to rebook the room.
No-shows will be charged the full room rate.
