Berry Hill Gardens Bed & Breakfast is off the beaten path on a secluded country lane, yet only 7 miles from Bainbridge, Afton or Oxford Villages. This country bed and breakfast is situated high on a hilltop overlooking miles of the rural beauty of New York's Central Leatherstocking region in an area bursting with museums, sporting facilities, artisans and fascinating history. We are 3 hours to New York City, 45 minutes to Cooperstown and 30 minutes to most of the area colleges.
The vista of extensive herb and perennial gardens with hundreds of plant varieties offer four season interest and a tranquil atmosphere in which to stroll or lounge. We offer workshops in the use of therapeutic essential oils, fiber arts and landscape painting. Experience our new earth friendly Buckthorn Lodge a private retreat secreted in a sunny glen. The Lodge is solar powered, ringed by forest and a pristine lake. The elegant rustic interior relies on natural products emphasizing comfort and green living. |

This place is a prescription for those suffering from hustle/bustle overdrive. Individually, the area, the view, the gardens, the rooms,and the hospitality have the power to recenter a person. You can't imagine the wonderful effect they have on you collectively. And just wait until you eat breakfast! I was well pleased.

Every thing was great about this B&B but the very best thing is the beautiful hilltop location with superb view and the extensive well planned gardens.
