Check In time is between 3pm and 5pm. Late check ins require advance notice to the innkeeper so self check in procedure can be given if necessary. |

Cancellation Policy: |
At the time of booking a deposit is required equal to one night's lodging, or 50% of the total charge for additional nights, add-ons and extras including wine tours & massages. This deposit is refundable less a $25 processing fee per room when given at least 30 days notice of cancellation. If less than 30 but more than 7 days is given, a gift certificate in the amount of the deposit will be issued and may be used toward another visit within 12 months, restrictions may apply. If less than 7 days is given then the deposit will be forfeited and the guest is responsible and will be charged for the balance due with no gift certificate being issued if we are unable to rebook the rooms. My wife and I stayed at 10 Fitch for a mini honeymoon right after our wedding. We couldn't have picked a more romantic setting. We stayed in the English suite, with a large four-post bed, private balcony, sitting room, and a claw-foot tub and rain shower with room for two. Cheryl and her husband went out of their way to make us feel at home and relaxed after weeks of wedding planning. Cheryl's breakfast, served in the suite, was out of this world, and the candle light, rose peddles on the bed, chocolate on the dresser, and romantic music playing when we got back to the room at night were the personal touches that set 10 Fitch apart from any Bed & Breakfast we stayed at in the past. We look forward to returning for our anniversary.

From the very moment that we stepped through the front door of "10 Fitch" we both knew that we had chosen well. On the website the picture of the exterior of the inn may appear more charming than in real life BUT it is not far from what you will actually see when you pull up to it. Having said that, you will find that the rest of the inn is perfectly as it appears on the site and there's more to appreciate when you get inside.
The hosts (Cheryl and Sally)are two of the nicest people you could ever meet. There is no limit to their willingness and ability to create the perfect environment for the enjoyment of anyone.
The housekeeping is impecable so there is no need to be concerned about cleanliness. Last but not at all least is the sumptuous breakfast. Every morning you will enjoy preparations that most of us cannot even consider doing for ourselves. If you stay more than one night you will definetly become acquainted with the breakfast delights enough to keep you wanting for more.
If you have'nt guessed we will be going back.

Cheryl and Sally, made us feel like we were the only two people in the INN. They made us feel very comfortable and worked to accommondate our needs for an enjoyable stay. I'm a firm beleiver that details make big differences and it was the details in their work that resonate and made our vacation one to remember. It is evident that this mother and daughter team runs their establishment with a big heart and you truly feel it in everything they do.

What a wonderful way to spend our honeymoon. Cheryl and Sally were so hospitable and kept us smiling during our entire stay. Our room was simply beautiful and the food was great. Very romantic and relaxing. The little touches made a big impression.

I just returned from a "Spoiled Rotten" Girlfriend Getaway weekend at the lovely 10 Fitch. Our hosts Sally and Cheryl with their exquisite attention to detail ensured that we had a fun and comfortable weekend. The food was out of this world. Sally and Cheryl are warm and welcoming hosts. We had a fantastic time, and highly recommend this inn.

My husband and I visited 10 Fitch for our first wedding anniversary. This was our first stay at a B&B and we had limited expectations based on B&B stereotypes. Needless to say, we were astounded and amazed by 10 Fitch! The inn is beautiful and the innkeepers are warm and welcoming without being pushy. We really appreciated the attention to detail. When we arrived in our room Saturday night we were suprised with candles, flowers, chocolate, rose petals, music, and an anniversary balloon. When we left, it felt like leaving home. It was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend 10 Fitch to one and all!

Fantastic Inn ... wonderful Innkeeper ... perfect atmosphere. From the welcome to the goodbye everything was fantastic. We were celebrating our honeymoon and Cheryl went out of her way to make it memorable for us (rose petals, balloons, personal candy bars). A definite stay for any and everyone.

10 Fitch was a wonderful stay for our mini-Honeymoon. We especially loved the room decorations and the delicious breakfast. Overall, the rooms were very clean and the hospitality was excellent! We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great place to relax and enjoy time together.
