Grand elegance is what you will encounter at 10 Fitch, a luxury Inn conveniently located in the Finger Lakes, between the village of Skaneateles and the wineries. This stunning property located in the Historic District of Auburn, was built in 1904 with entertaining in mind.
The recent restoration, completed in fall of 2005, has married modern conveniences such as Jacuzzi tubs and marble baths with exquisite woodwork and period wall coverings. The formal living area and guest rooms have been professionally decorated and adorned with antiques, original artwork, designer fabrics and decadent silk draperies that will have you living in luxury. Five fireplaces, library, sunroom and working office are just a few of the things that adorn this stately property and make it stand out from the rest. French doors blanket the rear of the home and welcome you into a formal and private setting filled with beautiful perennial beds and an outstanding secret garden.
We pride ourselves in providing a truly elegant setting in which our guests can relax and unwind. Breakfast in bed can be served at your request, and turn down service is always present to welcome you back after your long day. Check In time is between 3pm and 5pm. Late check ins require advance notice to the innkeeper so self check in procedure can be given if necessary.

Cancellation Policy:
|
|
At the time of booking a deposit is required equal to one night's lodging, or 50% of the total charge for additional nights, add-ons and extras including wine tours & massages. This deposit is refundable less a $25 processing fee per room when given at least 30 days notice of cancellation. If less than 30 but more than 7 days is given, a gift certificate in the amount of the deposit will be issued and may be used toward another visit within 12 months, restrictions may apply. If less than 7 days is given then the deposit will be forfeited and the guest is responsible and will be charged for the balance due with no gift certificate being issued if we are unable to rebook the rooms.
