Check-in is from 3-5 pm. Arrivals after 5 PM are left special instructions at the registration door which allows you to arrive at your leisure. You are welcome to stop by the inn before 3 pm. If your room is ready, you may check-in prior to 3 pm. We also have maps of attractions, suggested lunch places and a powder room in case your room isn't quite ready.

Check-out is 11 am. Later check-out may be arranged, but generally after 2PM, we must charge for additional night's lodging.

Cancellation policy: Because of the nature and size of our business and our high standards of personal service, we have a limited refund policy on reservation deposits. If you cancel with at least fourteen days' notice prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit minus $30 Handling Fee. With less notice, we will refund your deposit if we are able to fully re-book your reservation. In some cases, we will issue a voucher for a future visit. Please call us as soon as you know you are not coming so we have as much time as possible to re-book for you! If we are unable to re-book your confirmed stay, your deposit is forfeited. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance, available at most travel agencies. Within fourteen days of arrival you are financially responsible for your entire confirmed stay and will be charged for nights reserved but not used, unless we are able to fill the vacancy. Family Groups, and Events and holidays must cancel 90 days Prior to arrival; Xmas bookings, 12/20 - 1/3 must cancel 60 days prior to arrival

Total Amount is due upon Booking if cost is $500 or less per room night, or booking date is less than 30 days prior to arrival. Full Amount of total is Due if One Night is Booked. We have a two night minimum – one night may be booked with the caveat that you will be moved to a comparable priced room or an upgrade at no additional charge should the room be requested for more than one night by another guest – rest assured, we will save a room for you. Any balance due will be charged to your credit card fourteen days' prior to arrival unless we hear from you; balance due for Christmas Holidays, 12-20 to 1-3, due 60 days prior to arrival, for weddings and groups, 90 days prior to event. Discounts and specials apply to regular rate of room; only one discount applies.
