Cancellation Policy: |
With at least 14 days notice (60 days during Christmas/New Years period) your deposit will be refunded less a 10% handling fee. With less notice of cancellation we expect you to be responsible for the full booking unless we can resell the room. If we cannot resell the room, we will charge the full fee but will send out a gift certificate for that amount.

Deposit: 50% (100% during Christmas/New years period) is required to hold your reservation and must be received within 10 days of booking. A one night stay requires a deposit in full. While a personal check is preferred we do accept major credit cards.

Pets Welcome |
We have two pet friendly rooms. We request that dogs be kept on leash and that that dogs not be left alone in the rooms unless they are crated. Please call for further information. |

We have two mutts that patrol the common areas of the Inn, but are not allowed into the guest rooms. In addition, we have 9 (soon to be 21) chickens that roam the back yard some days.
