Welcome to the Don Gaspar Inn. We offer an array of accommodations from a 3 bedroom home, two one bedroom casitas and 7 suites. All of our accommodations have phones, televisions, refrigerators,microwaves,coffee grinders, toasters and coffee makers. Each accommodation is stocked with complimentary bottled water, fresh roasted coffee beans, and a selection of teas. Each accommodation is swamp cooled, creating not only comfortably cool air but also adding some much needed humidity. We offer gourmet breakfast daily in the breakfast room, on the patio or en suite if you prefer.

Beautiful Surroundings
The gardens and courtyards of the Don Gaspar Inn surround the three historic homes that comprise the Inn and cover half the block. These historic homes are unique and represent three distinct period styles of Santa Fe architecture: an Arts and Crafts Bungalow, a Pueblo Revival home and a Territorial home, the newest addition to the Inn.

The Main House
Our 1575 square foot Main House is available year round. Large enough to comfortably host families, small groups and weekend getaways. The original Arts and Crafts 1912 home offers 3 bedrooms; winged suites with baths and a small 3rd room, a living, dining and family room, full kitchen, laundry and front patio.

The Courtyard Casita
The Courtyard Casita - Offering its own private courtyard and garden, this spacious Casita has saltillo tiled floors, and a gas-burning fireplace in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bedroom with king size bed. The bath has a whirlpool tub for two and a French door that opens on to the private patio garden - the perfect romantic getaway.

The Fountain Casita
The Fountain Casita - This sunny suite is named for the garden fountain viewed from the Casita's living room with French doors, saltillo tiled floors and a gas fireplace. The bedroom has a king bed, the bath has a tub with shower and there is a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for a long restful stay.

The Southwest Suite
One of our most popular suites in the Pueblo Adobe building, the 1 bedroom Southwest suite has the only other wood burning fireplace on the property (besides the 2 in the main house)...making romantic getaways a favorite. A large living/dining room combination allows for visitors. A full bath with a skylight and armoire kitchenette finish this suite off.

The Aspen Suite
The Aspen Suite - This cozy one bedroom suite has a living room that enjoys garden views through the Aspen trees. The bedroom has a king bed and window seat. There is a kitchenette and private full bath.

The Colorado Room
The Colorado Room - With French doors opening onto it's own patio over looking the garden, this Western style room has a queen bed, sitting area, fireplace, and full bath. Home on the range!

The Territorial Suite
The Territorial Suite - Enjoy the sunset views from the covered portal or the sunny sitting room with gas burning fireplace of this spacious suite, featuring hand hewned beams, carved corbels and Navajo rugs. The bedroom has a king bed and the Ecuadorian limestone tiled bath has a whirlpool tub for two.

The Olive Tree Room
The Olive Tree Room - Two large historic windows frame the old Olive Tree just outside this fully handicap accessible room with a king bed and handcarved corbels and beams. The Ecuadorian limestone tiled bath has a large walk-in shower. This room can be joined to the Territorial Suite. The Olive Tree Room offers handicap access.

The Santa Fe Suite
The Santa Fe Suite - Furnished with local and regional art, the Santa Fe room has a sitting area with a Kiva gas fireplace and a king bed. The old Apricot tree shades the private courtyard and the bath.

The Kachina Suite
The Kachina Room - Featuring a unique Navajo Kachina rug, shuttered windows and a Kiva gas fireplace, this large room, entered through a private courtyard, has a king bed, sitting area and a bath with a whirlpool tub for two.

The Main House
This Historic 1915 Arts and Crafts bungalow was the original B & B. A light infused home with unique New Mexican touches overlooking the gardens and featuring over 1500 sqft of living space - this is turn of the century perfection combined with Santa Fe style. The two wood-burning fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the dining room, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The home offers dual master suites. One King with a 3/4 tiled bath and one Queen with a full bath which can open to common area or remain private. A small third room with twin daybed and trundle and a huge covered front porch make this a perfect place for groups, friends and families. This charming home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and full laundry. Perfect Santa Fe lodging for two to six guests.

The Courtyard Casita
The Courtyard Casita is named for the private backyard courtyard it offers. Accessed from the kitchen, the full bath, and the bedroom, this lovely courtyard gives the feel of a secret garden away from the rest! Enhanced by comfortable garden furniture - this is like having a home in Santa Fe. Saltillo-tiled floors and a gas-burning fireplace in the living room make this a cozy spot. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and bedroom with king-size bed. Another wonderful feature is the Kohler whirlpool tub for two and a French door that opens to the private patio garden - the perfect romantic New Mexico getaway.

The Fountain Casita
Named for the Garden Fountain just outside its French windows, this sunny one-bedroom casita has it all! Amenities include a comfortable living room with a pull-out sofa and a dining area that looks into the full kitchen and the gardens out front. Saltillo-tiled floors and a gas fireplace enhance the feel of this casita. The bedroom has a king bed and a large closet. The full bath, which is entered off the hallway, has a tub with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a small patio in front. The Fountain Casita is ideal for a long restful stay.

The Southwest Suite
The Southwest Suite sits on the southwest corner of the original pueblo adobe home. Soaked in Santa Fe light - this is a favorite of many guests. Featuring over 600 sqft this romantic suite hosts ample space and comfortable Southwest furnishings. A spacious living room featuring a candle filled fireplace make this large one-bedroom suite ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Decor includes hand woven rugs, antiques, comfortable seating and navajo crafted features. The bedroom has a king bed, and the full bath is Mexican tiled and has a lovely skylight in it that bathes the room with fabulous Santa Fe light. Complete with an armoire kitchenette - this is a perfect spot for guests who love to spread out, but who have no intention of cooking while on vacation!

The Aspen Suite
Experience a Santa Fe traditional adobe in the Aspen Suite! Original hardwood floors covered in hand woven rugs and a gas stove add ambiance to this cozy one-bedroom suite. The living room offers a comfortable pull-out sofa, dining settee, gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Pass through the darling kitchenette - to discover the bedroom gracing a king-size bed, original 1940's vintage built-in closets and window seat. Both the bedroom and living room have access to the, hand painted tile, full bath flooded with light thru the skylight above. Located in the center of the property, guests enjoy serene garden views through the Aspen trees. The experience is complete with a flagstone patio, table and chairs in the front garden of the Aspen.

The Colorado Room
The Colorado Room is a favorite with guests familiar with the Inn or just passing through! This western-style studio suite takes you back to the good ole days with its queen bed and antique and western decor. A comfortable sitting area with gas stove fireplace and kitchenette give you all the comforts of home on the range. The charming 1940's full bath offers a traditional deep cast iron tub, original wall hung vintage sink and honey comb tiled floor. Double French doors open onto a covered private porch overlooking the garden. Best of all, it's just steps away from the sun-filled breakfast room and outdoor patios where delightful fare awaits!

The Territorial Suite
Enjoy the sunset views from the private covered portal porch which runs the width of this 600+ sqft suite! This spacious parlor-suite has been renovated and includes a defined living room area with gas-burning fireplace. This suite features hand-hewn beams, carved corbels, and Navajo rugs. Leather seating and dining settee finish off the living room in comfort. An armoire kitchenette provides a mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and fresh coffee beans. The bedroom has a king bed and antique armoire closet. The beautiful Ecuadorian limestone-tiled bath has a whirlpool tub for two and heated floors.

The Olive Tree Room
Two large historic windows frame the old Olive Tree just outside. This fully handicap-accessible room offers a king bed, 2 club chairs, and an armoire kitchenette. The traditional design interior features hand-carved corbels and beams, navajo rugs, wall hangings and decor.. The Ecuadorian limestone-tiled bath has a large walk-in shower and heated floors. This comfortable room can be joined to the Territorial Suite for guests wishing to stay together.

The Kachina Suite
A private entry courtyard welcomes you to one of our favorite suites featuring its namesake - a unique Navajo Kachina rug wall hanging. Wonderful light pours through the shuttered windows of this ample studio suite. Ammenities include a Kiva gas fireplace, a King bed, as well as a sitting area, dining settee and an armoire kitchenette. Traditional Southwest decor delight the senses from every veiw. A Beautiful Ecuadorian - limestone tiled full bath offers a whirlpool tub for two, heated floors and double sink vanity!

The Santa Fe Suite
The old Apricot Tree shades the private courtyard entrance to the Santa Fe Suite, which features local and regional Southwest art. Amenities include a comfortable sitting area with a Kiva gas fireplace, a King bed, dining settee and an armoire kitchenette. The elongated design of this room enhances dual enjoyment by our guests who may simultaneously relax in defined areas of the suite. Afternoon light floods the beautiful Ecuadorian - limestone vanity, and the full bath features a whirlpool tub for two and heated floors!
