In the event of cancellation, we will refund your deposit less a 10% processing fee if reservation is canceled more than 14 days before your stay. Cancellations less than 14 days but more than 8 days prior to your stay will result in forfeiture of full deposit unless room is booked to others within 7 days of the canceled booking for the same number of days. For cancellations under 7 days of your booking, we will grant a "deposit voucher" in the full amount of your deposit which can be used within (1) one year of the date of the canceled reservation. Limited to person(s) making original reservation. Certain date and room restrictions apply based on room availability and original reservation circumstances.

All reservations must be confirmed by a deposit. A deposit of 50% of the room rate for your entire stay is required. Personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card accepted no later than 1 week after reservation is made. Your reservation is guaranteed immediately by using your credit card of choice and a confirmation notice will be mailed the next business day. Those reserving by check will be mailed a confirmation notice upon our receipt of your check. If deposit is not received within 7 days of booking, room(s) will be returned to our available booking list and will no longer be guaranteed. The balance of your stay is due upon departure.
