Java Junction When you walk in the front door of Java Junction, you can tell it’s a popular coffee house from the heady coffee aroma and the blissful-looking customers. There is a definite art to making a good cup of coffee and Java Junction knows that the best beans make the best coffee. That’s why they use the finest, freshest roasted coffees from around the world, including Illy Café from Italy for their cappuccinos and lattes, and New Mexican Piñon Coffee fresh from Albuquerque.

Yummy Pastries Of course, nothing complements a good cup of coffee like a delicious pastry, and Java Junction has those too. In addition to fresh croissants and pastries, there are muffins, New York Cheesecake, carrot cake, turtle cheesecake, lemon raspberry mousse cake and something magical called chocolate raspberry bash. You can sit at their rustic counter and enjoy your treat or retire to the cheery patio outdoors.

Counter Service If you are not a coffee drinker, there are plenty of other gourmet items to be found in the shop, including all kinds of salsas and Southwestern pastas, chili verde New Mexican stew mix, saucy vinegrettes and even Fartless Chili Makin’s. Collectors will go wild over the large collection of novelty salt and pepper shakers. A zesty jalepeño chili salt blend makes a nice change in the salt shaker.

All the fixin's for a down home meal Browsing the shop, you’ll find what is very possibly one of the best collections of humorous T-shirts and coffee mugs gathered under one roof. In addition, there is a beautiful array of crushed velvet dresses in rich, jewel-tone colors – both long and short, and with or without leggings – all reasonably priced and washable. Java Junction also carries a terrific collection of moderately priced men’s and women’s hats in western styles, leather, and crushable waterproof felt.
