The Downtown Historic Bed & Breakfast of Albuquerque is located 8 Minutes from Old Town, 5 blocks from the Convention Center and Rail Runner Train to Santa Fe, 2 blocks from major Hospitals, 15 minute walk to University of New Mexico, 1 block from historic Route 66 and a 10 minute drive to Albuquerque's International Airport.
This beautifully renovated downtown property is a wonderful lodging experience. Two restored properties; The Heritage and Spy House. The Spy House is very well known for the story of where the atom bomb secrets were traded during the 1940's, which resulted in the execution of the famed Ethel and Julius Rosenburg in the 1950's!
A full gourmet breakfast is served each morning of your stay at the B&B. Each luxurious guest room is design with very special and unique touches, from the lush comfortable bath robes, to the beautiful décor throughout. The bed and breakfast has nine rooms (6 one-bedroom units, 3 one-bedroom suites, some with kitchens). With 1-2 stories (no elevator), interior corridors, and 7 private bathrooms, all rooms have NEW beds and are complemented with Egyptian cotton sheets, towels, and cable flat screen TV's. We offer all the amenities of a modern hotel with a blend of old-world elegance and grace of yesteryear.

Rooms are available after 4:00 p.m. Early check-in to drop off bags can be arranged. We request that all guests to telephone ahead on the day of arrival to confirm their specific check-in time. |
Check Out Policy: |
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If desired, arrangements can be made to store your bags until the time of your departure. |
Cancellation Policy: |
Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of your stay with a minimum charge of one night. The amount of the cancellation fee will be reduced for any nights we are able to rebook, minus a $25 fee. Our cancellation policy is different during Balloon Fiesta, other special events, holidays and for group bookings. 30-day advanced notice is required. |
