Check-in hours are 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and by 6 p.m. on Saturday/Sundays. Special arrangements must be made in advance for late arrivals.

Check out time is 11 a.m. promptly. Late checkouts are at the discretion of the innkeeper and must be arranged in advance. There may be an additional fee for checking out after 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be refunded only if the Whistling Swan is given a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the arrival date of the reservation. All cancellations, regardless of notice, will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee, per room. Group reservations (4 or more rooms) must provide a minimum of 30 days notice. Guests giving no notice of their intentions to cancel (no shows) will be charged the full amount of their reservation. Guests checking out earlier than the confirmed departure date will not receive a refund unless the room is re-booked. We understand circumstances arise requiring the cancellation of a reservation however, as a small business, cancellations have a significant effect on us and the service we are able to provide. Therefore, we will offer refunds only when proper notice is given.
