The White Lilac Bed & Breakfast Inn, circa 1880, is located in a peaceful corner of Spring Lake, New Jersey, just a stone's throw from Wreck Pond and 4½ blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. Spring Lake is centrally located and is only about an hour and fifteen minutes from New York City, Philadelphia, Atlantic City and Princeton.
Guests can enjoy swimming, boating, cycling, antiquing, golf and tennis or give up the hectic pace for quiet moments on one hundred and eighty feet of verandas. We offer the perfect getaway for relaxation as well as the perfect location to start out on a day's adventure. Susan Spano of the New York Times writes, "The village of Spring Lake has been developed to a large extent by Irish-Americans as a resort of elegance in the 1870’s, and remains one of the loveliest enclaves on the Jersey Shore."
