Since cancellations have such a great effect on our small business, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy as follows: We will refund your deposit less a $50 cancellation charge per room if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within 30 days, this refund policy applies only if we are able to fill the entire vacancy caused by your cancellation. If you cancel or change your reservation within 10 days of your arrival date, you will not receive a refund and the entire amount of the reservation will be charged to your account. We can issue no refunds or make any changes on one-night bookings and gift certificates. Unlike Mother Nature, we are not responsible for weather or any unfortunate event beyond our control.

We require a 50 % deposit at the time of your reservation with the balance due 1 week prior to arrival.
