The Colonial Inn, open year round, accommodates twelve custom designed rooms, five of which provide a panoramic view of Lake Meone. Each room specifically created to capture the simplicity, elegance and tranquility that accompanies a simpler time, while providing you with the modern amenities to make your stay an unforgettable one. Our rates are based on one or two persons occupying a room.

Named after our own...Carousel, our striking Queen size room speaks volumes about our panoramic view of Lake Meone and its fountains,and our Carousel. Our special romantic feature of louvered doors in the bathroom open into the room to view the Lake while soaking in our bubble tub. This room ranges from $99 weekday off-season rate to $149 daily summer rate.

~The Baremore Room ~
Named after James Baremore, who built the Smithville Inn in 1787, this spacious king room, with three pairs of eight foot windows, boasts of a beautiful view of Lake Meone and its fountains, that can be seen while soaking in our double soaking tub, through special designed louvered doors that open into the room. This room ranges from $119 weekday off-season rate to $179 daily summer rate.

~The Noyes Room ~
Named after Fred & Ethel Noyes, founders of Historic Towne of Smithville, this quaint deluxe room displays all the charm of a more relaxing time when we were younger and could escape into our dreams. This room ranges from $99 weekday off-season rate to $149 daily summer rate.

~The Leeds Room ~
Named after one of our most famous and colorful historical families, this elegant romantic king room with its four-poster bed, boasts of a beautiful view of Lake Meone and its fountains, that can be seen while soaking in our double soaking tub, through our bathroom double louvered doors that open into the room. this room ranges from $119 weekday off-season rate to $179 daily summer rate.

The Captain Fitz Room
Named after our Innkeeper and owner, Ed Fitzgerald, this sunny nautical theme room displays all the charm of its luxurious furnishings and beautiful view of lake Meone and the Olde Grist Mill, that can also be seen through our louvered doors in the bathroom that opens into the room to enjoy the view, as well as the lights at night over the lake. This room ranges from $119 weekday off-season rates to $159 daily summer rate.

The Great Bay Room
Named after our Historical Greate Bay, site of naval Revoultionary battles, this scenic room is located on our Lake deck side, and has on outdoor entry, as well as entry into our Common Area. This room is handicapped designed and accessible, featuring all the modern amenities to make your stay an enjoyable one. This room ranges from $99 weekday off-season rates to $149 daily summer rate.

The Courtyard Room
Our beautiful cottage like room displays all the charm and beauty of an early English cottage, but with all the modern amenities to treat yourself to. Our Courtyard room has an outdoor entry, as well as to our Common Area, and an outdoor deck on our terrace side, to spend quiet afternoons just relaxing. This room ranges from $99 weekday off-season rates to $119 daily summer rate.

The Carriage Room
Described as one of our most quaint rooms, displaying all the charm and coziness of late Colonial décor, this room has only an outdoor entry, making it more private for those who want to have the seclusion of a true getaway weekend. There is an outdoor deck for your pleasure, and all the modern amenities for you to enjoy. This room ranges from $99 weekday off-season rates to $119 daily summer rate.

The Village 203
Named after the location of our Village Shoppe area, this elegant and romantic king room, is nestled between our Craftsman shops and the Greene. The private bath has a Thermol Shower, and this room has the added amenities of a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. This room ranges from $109 weekday off-season, to $149 daily summer rate.

The Village 204
Named after the location of our Village Shoppe area, this elegant and romantic king room, is nestled between our Craftsman shops and the Greene.
