The Colonial Inn Bed & Breakfast is more than another country inn. Not only is the Colonial Inn located in the Historic towne of Smithville with it's over 60 speciality shoppes and 7 eateries it is minutes away from Atlantic City, the South Jersey Beaches and Award Winning Golf Courses. Looking for culture, we are minutes from the Noyes Museum, the Forsyth Nature Refuge. We are also close to other historic sites like Batsto, Wheaton Village and the Historic Renault Winery.
The Colonial Inn is your place for relaxation and comfort with an attention to luxurious detail. Our Inn was designed to give you the atmosphere of the past while providing the modern amenities the make your stay a delight to the senses. With double soaking tubs or steam showers, luxurious sheets and linens you will feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. When you wake in the morning we serve up a breakfast of muffins and juice in a basket for your enjoyment and in the afternoon we treat you with an endless cookie jar and tea or coffee.

Rooms are available for check-in from 3PM - 7 PM. Late check ins may be arranged at no extra charge. Early check ins may be arranged up up to 12:00 for a $35.00 charge. |
Check Out Policy: |
Check-out is 11 AM on the day of departure. |
Cancellation Policy: |
The Colonial Inn is a small property where every reservation is both important and special to us. If your plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us thirty days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund, less a $35 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than thirty days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation booking, unless we are able to rebook all nights. If you should cancel your booking, the balance due is nonrefundable unless entire booking can be rebooked. We will make every effort to rebook. Please ask about our moving reservation policy for no charge.
