It is a relaxing homey atmosphere where everyone is friendly and the breakfasts are awesome. You don't have to eat for the rest of the day. Everything you need is at your fingertips: computer, dvds, cds, games, snacks, drinks, books and magazines. Nothing has been overlooked. And Karen is so sweet and accommodating! Steps from the beach/boardwalk, what more could you ask for!

That Karen is one of the MOST accomodating people you will ever meet. Breakfast is awesome and plentiful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and you will absolutely hate to leave.

Wonderful Location and great customer service. The Innkeeper, Karen, is very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are welcoming, clean, and romantic.

Location is superb to downtown Ocean City, NJ.

we cannot wait to go back and wished we had booked for more nights. we felt like we were visiting a friend. Karen is a fabulous cook! My husband was skeptical about staying at a B&B until we got there, now he can't stoo raving.

Karen bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable. Great location, great breakfast, clean, comfortable rooms. couldn't ask for much more
