For advanced bookings, a 50% required OR one night's stay, whichever is greater is required. For reservations booked within 7 days of arrival, payment in full is required at the time of booking.

The Inn's policy is to never overbook rooms, therefore to receive a refund, we require a minimum 15 day notice of cancellation and charge a $45 booking/cancel fee p/suite. If cancellation is made less than 15 days of arrival date, deposits are refunded only if room/villa is re-rented for same reservation time period, minus fees.
