The Founders Inn is a comfortable inn featuring 6 guest rooms, all including private baths, queen beds, television, VCR/DVD, and high-speed Wireless Internet. The second floor butler's pantry includes a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and provides 24 hour access to snacks and hot or cold beverages.
A hot gourmet breakfast is served daily from 7:15AM to 8:30AM. On weekends, breakfast is typically served from 8:30AM to 10:00AM. Fresh coffee is brewed at 6:30AM in the Butler's Pantry.

If you must cancel or change your original reservation please notify us 7 days in advance of your scheduled arrival. We will gladly refund your deposit minus a $25.00 processing fee only if we are able to fill the entire vacancy caused by your cancellation.
If we are unable to fill the vacancy caused by your cancellation, a refund certificate for the full amount of your deposit will be issued in lieu of a monetary refund.
Any cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival will not be refunded.
