We offer a full candlelight gourmet breakfast seven days a week and do our best to accommodate our guests needs relative to dietary restrictions or food allergies. Generally, breakfast is served in our Dining Room at a common dining table, however a guest may request breakfast on our front veranda or on their private porch if they prefer a more intimate breakfast. For our corporate guests we are flexible with breakfast time in order to accommodate their needs. If they prefer a light breakfast or breakfast 'to-go' we will accommodate that. Typically our breakfast includes juice, fruit and yogurt, maybe a fritatta or quiche, chicken sausage or bacon and some sort of sweet like a scone or muffin and acoutrimants. Coffee and tea, both regular and decaf, are always available.

This was the third time my husband and I stayed at Main Street B&B and this was easily the best stay on account of the magnificent holiday ambiance throughout. We think Donna, Ken, and Quincy do an outstanding job of making guests feel at home. They have an easy way to bring strangers together around the breakfast table; and they can advise and inform you on just about anything worthwhile there is to do in and around town. We typically go there just to power down after a hectic time, and we find the warm, charming decor of the manor just right for relaxing. They're so right when they say the love is in the details!

This was a night away from reality for my wife and I. We decided to take a chance on the Main Street Manor Bed and Breakfast Inn in Flemington, NJ. This was a jewel of a place. The 111 year old Victorian is splendid, fully restored to its former luster, with period furniture, decorations, and charm. It invites you in from the wide front porch, through the door, into an open floor plan. Most Victorians are a warren of rooms...this one is large, open, and airy. Meeting Donna, Ken, ( and Quincy - the 105 lb yellow Lab), Alor you are immediately enveloped in the love and attention to detail that they bring to the Manor. The rooms are exquisitely furnished and replete with feather beds, bathrooms with showers, WIFI for those of us who can't be without the Internet, cable TV, DVD player, and period appointments. Each room has its own appeal and allure. Ours had a small porch, perfect for the summer and fall months. With old steam radiators, (and A/C in the wall ), the room was warm and cozy. Extra pillows and additional blankets were in the closet. The bathroom was stocked with towels. I should mention that the Inn was quiet at night...no creaking, no loud guests, no sound of cars.... The area around the Inn is chock full of adventure. About 15-20 minutes to the west is Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Route 32 going South from the Frenchtown crossing is probably the best road trip in the East especially in the fall, going towards New Hope. Across the river from New Hope is Lambertsville, NJ. If you love shopping, antiquing, people watching, this is the place to come. Further up 202 you can get to Lahaska, PA where you can find Peddler's Village and store outlets. Love nature? The Deleware has state parks on either bank and you can walk, hike, bike the many trails. Like watersports? There's boating, kayaking, canoeing, tube rafting in the warmer months. Like wine? There are many wineries to go to. Like gliding? Go to Van Sant airport and take a ride. Like history? Go further south on Rt 32 and go to Washington's Crossing. Like shows? Go to the refurbished Bucks County playhouse. Like eating? There's a million restaurants on both sides of the river. Now, if you really, really like shopping then you can spend the day in Flemington as it has Liberty Village, many outlets, and special boutiques and stores in and around the historic district. As you can tell, we've spent a lot of time in this corner of the country. I should mention that Donna is quite the cook and breakfast is served at 9am. All guests are seated around the dining room table. Awaiting us was a glass of orange-peach-mango juice. Donna brought out individual yogurt bowls filled with berries. Eggnog French toast with chicken fennel sausages was delish! Some of the guests had dietary concerns and Donna was able to accommodate them. There was plenty of coffee and tea. In fact, there is a Keurig and multiple teas for guests at any time of the day or night. At the dining table new friends and acquaintances were made as conversation went on and on. If you need to get away from life for awhile, please consider the Main Street Manor Bed and Breakfast. It is well worth it!

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our weekend at the Main Street Manor Inn Bed and Breakfast. The inn itself is spectacular: it is impeccably decorated with charming florals and antique furniture and feels cozy and inviting, never kitschy. The parlor has ample seating and a lovely fireplace, and the soft music has a magically relaxing effect. There are thoughtful touches in every corner: fresh baked goods, tea and coffee in the dining room, local wine and spirits in the parlor, a guest refrigerator with soft drinks and space for stashing restaurant leftovers. The guestrooms are each unique, but all offer comfy beds, private baths and plenty of space for your personal belongings. Our pillowtop mattress was so great, I almost didn't want to get out of bed in the morning...that is, until the heavenly smells started wafting up from the kitchen. The breakfast each morning was expertly prepared and always just right--enough to keep you going well into the afternoon. But all of the wonderful amenities the inn offers still cannot outshine the lovely hosts. Ken and Donna were warm, personable, and eager to take care of every detail of our stay, from the moment we arrived until we reluctantly waved goodbye. They offered excellent suggestions for things to do and see in the area as well as where to eat--this was important, because we're foodies for sure, and all of their recommendations were spot-on! We especially enjoyed our visit to the local dairy farm, which included a tour and a cheese tasting. Our weekend stay was the perfect combination of exploration and relaxation--I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Whether you're staying for a week, or just for the night, the Main Street Manor Inn is an excellent choice!

This is our second visit and we enjoyed it even better than the first. The ratings may seem too good to be true, but you have to experience it to believe it. We've already booked our next visit for our annual post-Christmas 'disappearance' so we can rest and recover!

Everything we could ask for and more… pristinely clean, quaint and inviting, with just enough “modern,” like air conditioning, added for a perfect inn stay. Bountiful and tasty breakfast and snacks prepared with items collected from the many surrounding farms; food and drink are always available. Include the most delightful and area-knowledgeable hosts Donna, Ken and Quincy – and you have vacation magic! We have stayed at many inns- this is one of the best of the best!

This is the first place I've stayed where I truly felt so comfortable that I accidentally referred to it as coming "home" after my daytime travels. That says everything in a favorable Freudian slip! The innkeepers, Ken and Donna, feel like family after a day; they know when to engage and when to leave you alone. Their attention to detail in decor, in cleanliness, in food choices and accommodations are exceptional. Main Street Manor in Flemington, NJ is the quintessential B&B. This is what a B&B should be.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay. Donna and Ken (and Quincy) are fantastic hosts, very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was unique and delicious and the coffee was great. The available wine and butler's pantry made the stay even more inviting. The hosts were happy to order flowers and champagne, which were ready in our room upon our arrival (for my wife's birthday). The atmosphere is very relaxed, the rooms are beautiful and the house is warm and charming, and located just a short walk from exceptional restaurants. We had a great time and will stay here again.

Because we decided to make a reservation at the last minute, we found that most B&B's required a two night stay and we could only stay Saturday night. We were fortunate to find the very last room available for only Saturday night at Donna and Ken's magnificent renovated Victorian in Flemington, NJ. Wine and a variety of delicious cheeses were available to all their guests in late afternoon. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. Brunch on Sunday morning was beautifully prepared and we were seated with several other interesting guests. Donna and Ken were wonderful hosts and were consistently helpful without being intrusive. With a delightful lunch at the Black Bass Inn and an elegant dinner at Anton's at The Swan in Lambertville, and with visits to boutiques and art galleries in the area, our weekend visit was a wonderful success and a very special remembrance of my 74th birthday.
