The Warne Suite Located on the third floor, the windows in this suite have an unobstructed view of the ocean and the promenade. This suite is named for Edward Warne, the original owner and builder of this property. A quick look will show you why this is one of the most popular rooms in the house.

The Davis Suite A warm and comfortable suite, this two-room beauty features a beautiful brass and porcelain bed and many bright windows. The name of this second-floor suite memorializes both Wilber Davis Mason, Sr., the man who started The Mason Cottage in 1946 as a guesthouse, and his son Dave Mason, who lovingly restored much of the property and turned it into a full-service Bed and Breakfast Inn in 1982.

The Decatur Suite A lovely suite located on the second floor. This suite was named for Decatur Button, the architect hired by Edward Warne to build this house.

The Franklin Suite Enjoy a peaceful bubble bath in the antique claw foot tub in this two-room suite on the third floor. The name of this suite, in remembrance of Philadelphia's favorite son Benjamin Franklin, pays tribute to the Philadelphian roots of both the Warne and Mason Families. This suite features a beautiful brass and porcelain queen size bed.

The Ware Room Spacious and breezy, this second-floor room in the front of the house is a favorite of guests celebrating special occasions. Named after Hand and Ware, the company that built the unique tin roof on The Mason Cottage, this room gets the best ocean breezes in the house.

The Columbia Room The Columbia Room, named after Columbia Avenue in Cape May, is the only room located on the 1st floor. This delightful room makes for easy access to the parlor and dining room.
