This is a fabulous B&B! Victoria elegance with a "laid-back" vibe and just 1/2 block to the ocean in the Historic District. It's charming, cozy and quaint, with rocking chair porches and sea breezes with a touch of whimsy. The Mooring has the best breakfasts in Cape May, hands down!! They serve a full continental breakfast with warm, home-baked muffins, breads, fresh fruits and juices and Leslie's Greek Yogurt drizzled with honey, fresh berries and her homemade granola. On the daily breakfast menu you had a choice of one of their Signature French Toast(s)or egg creations with savory breakfast meats, Tea time always included one of their scrumptious, home-baked goodies. The owners, Leslie and Vince, were so warm and friendly and made us feel right at home. Vince was a wonderful host with a quick wit, who had us laughing every time we spoke with him. He was accommodating to all our needs. The gardens on this property are very pretty with a few funky Weeping Cedar trees adorning the sides and the porch. We loved everything about this place and will be coming back every year. We were spoiled everyday. It was the most relaxing vacation we've every had and the most delicious. Another amazing stay at the best place to stay in Cape May. We had a lovely stay as usual in Room 1, so relaxing and calming that we spent an entire day napping. The inn is uncluttered, gorgeous, immaculate and 1 block to the beach. The food is delicious especially the apple french toast and afternoon tea with fresh baked treats. We have been going to the Mooring for a decade one and will continue to do so as long as Leslie and Vince run this wonderful inn. Truly an escape!

We loved our stay at the Moorings. Beach is very near, bicycle rentals across the street, and shopping and dinning are within easy walking distance. Vince and Leslie are excellent hosts who made our visit even more enjoyable. They are also great cooks. Can't wait to return!!! Gary & Ann Snellville Georgia

It was a great B&B and very clean, and they were very friendly. In addition, it was very close (1/2 block to the beach) and walking distance most amenities. Would definitly return.

I loved it. Very romantic. Better than a hotel.
