The Carroll Villa, now a 22 room bed and breakfast hotel, is a unique and special building in Cape May, NJ a city famous for its buildings. There were once many Victorian hotels in Cape May. Now there are only five. Each has its own special charm and ambiance. For its part, the Carroll Villa offers a wonderful combination of a grand, historic building with an unpretentious and creative atmosphere.
All the wonders and charm of seaside Cape May plus memorable accommodations and dining, combine to insure making your stay the vacation of vacations or a very rewarding business or workshop gathering. Guest rooms are equipped with TV’s, telephones, air conditioning, free internet access and private baths. A full Mad Batter breakfast is included along with towels for the beach. Check-in is after 2:00 p.m. We regret that we cannot accommodate early check-ins. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 p.m., please call the hotel ahead of time so that we can explain our late arrival procedure. |

Cancellation Policy: |
Cancellations must be received at least 10 days before your arrival in order for a refund, minus a $30.00 processing fee. We are aware that at certain times, unexpected inclement weather may create a desire to be elsewhere, but we cannot be held responsible for the weather. Cancellations within 10 days will be refunded ONLY if we re-rent the accommodations. |

Stay at the Carroll Villa! My husband (then fiance) and I celebrated our engagement in Cape May at the Carroll Villa and had the greatest time. Our room was wonderful, the furnishings, etc. were beautiful. Above all else the breakfasts we had at the Mad Batter were probably some of the best we have ever had. To this day we still compare many things to the wonderful dishes we experienced at the Carroll Villa. Jackson Strest is full of beautiful B&B's, but I think we stayed at one of the best. Highly recommend it to anyone.
